I was a bad tracker this week too. I didn't track anything I ate all week. I was so scared to get on the scale this morning, because I just knew that I was going to gain. I faced my fear and weighed in anyway, and was pleasantly surprised to see that I had not gained. I didn't lose, which was expected, but it felt so good to know that I maintained. I just have to get back at it this week and try to do more.
