I spent almost an hour writing a very witty and insightful post about how much stress affects my wight loss journey. However, my iPad ate it. Ironic, that. In the spirit of not adding any more stress to my life, rather than attempt to recreate it, let me just check in and say that I weighed myself today for the first time since my last post. I was certain I would be horrified by the results because I have not focused on my weight loss at all in the very hectic and stressful last couple of months that I have endured. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
