This was another tough week. I didn't get to do much exercise at all, other than some gardening I did last weekend, which I am super excited about. I never thought I would be much of a gardener, but I LOVE my flowers. I just planted some more hyacinths, tiger lillies, purple drumsticks, and purple irises, and I can't wait to see them come up in the spring. It was a heck of a workout too, because I had to totally revamp my flowerbed and added something like 200 lbs of potting soil, dug up bulbs and moved them, dug new holes for planting, and covered everything up again. I was exhausted by the time I was finished.
I was a bad tracker this week too. I didn't track anything I ate all week. I was so scared to get on the scale this morning, because I just knew that I was going to gain. I faced my fear and weighed in anyway, and was pleasantly surprised to see that I had not gained. I didn't lose, which was expected, but it felt so good to know that I maintained. I just have to get back at it this week and try to do more.
Week 3 - 324 lbs (-0 lbs, -4.4 lbs total)
