Then all week was crazy because both the girls had dentist appts and I had meetings after school, and it seemed like there was just one thing after another. I was forced to eat fast food way more than I would have liked. I tried and succeeded to choose on plan options. Who knew a thickburger could be so tasty on a lettuce bun instead of bread? I still felt guilty about eating out, and worried that it would stall my progress.
On the other hand, I also spent a lot of time in my own kitchen this week. I made an on plan cheesecake with a brownie crust that was to die for. I think it lasted 2 days tops before it was devoured. It was so decadent that I had no problems at all skipping birthday cake. I also did a great job of food tracking and have now tracked everything I have eaten for two weeks. This is a new record for me. I still highly recommend the twogrand app for this purpose.
Weigh in this morning was exciting for me, and I was beyond pleased with the results I saw.
Week 2 - 305 lbs (-3.6 lbs, -23.4 lbs total)
This also means I've lost 9 lbs in two weeks on Trim Healthy Mama. THM for the win!
