I have been trying to do more at home cooking, which has been working out well. The only thing that concerns me about it is not being able to really accurately track home cooked dishes. I haven't been doing a very good job of tracking in MFP lately anyway. I really need to improve on that.
Despite not tracking, I had another successful week. I have increased my water intake and cut way back on diet soda. I feel much better already and am seeing great rewards.
