I didn't take new measurements when I got back on the bandwagon in October 2014, so I am going to use the last measurements that I have, which are from January 2014, as a reference. I am going to try very hard to take monthly measurements and progress photos this time around.

As far as clothing sizes go, I'm still wearing a 24 in pants, but it's much looser than before, and my 2X shirts are not nearly as tight as they used to be. I feel pretty good about all this. I have lost 20.4 lbs, reduced my BMI by 3.1 points, and lost 13 inches!
