Chris decided to get back on the scale this morning. His weight has bounced around a lot over the course of the past year, but he hasn't really been actively trying to lose. When I started this blog in January 2014, we planned to do this together. There are a number of reasons why he needs to do this, the most important of which is his health. When we did Weight Watchers and he lost 110 lbs, his diabetes all but disappeared and he did not have to take any medicine to control it. We both want him to get back to that point again.
We made an investment yesterday in a treadmill so that we can get our exercise in despite the weather outside. It should arrive next week, and I am super excited about that.
When we started this last year, Chris weighed 309 lbs. I am going to use that as his starting weight.
